My partner and I love this store. We go here first whenever we need new clothes. I am pretty average height and she is tall (often needs tall sizes) and both of us have found multiple items here that we love.

The lady in the shop doesn’t like to answer questions and looks slow I was about to buy a dress but i decided not to as she looks like she is not belonged there. Hope the company gets better staff

Love the brand, and recently had a great experience at this particular store. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and welcoming - and went above and beyond to work with me to expedite some alterations I needed on a pair of pants I purchased and needed for an upcoming event. Highly recommend!

The service here is so great that it inspired me to write one of my first ever reviews. Great quality clothes, even better aesthetics, and the absolute best staff. Every time I’ve stopped by they’ve made me feel like their neighbor, which is often a missing feeling these days. Special shoutout to Cece who always is a ray of sunshine when I stop by and took special care of my sweater when it needed a repair. Did I mention lifetime promise of repairs outside normal wear and tear? Love these guys :)

I want to share my experience with a specific Faherty location, not the brand as a whole. I've been a loyal customer of Faherty and have made several purchases from their online store as well as their physical stores in Nashville, Austin, San Francisco (Chestnut St.), and San Rafael. Last month, I bought two Tradewinds Linen Blend Henleys for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, I didn't try them on before leaving as I assumed they would fit like my other shirts. However, I was wrong and found out that they were slightly too big once I wore them in my hotel room. I kept the shirts in their bag, folded them, and brought my email receipt with me when I visited the Hayes Valley location on July 11, 2023. When I arrived, the representative told me that they couldn't accept the return as there were no tags on the shirts, and they seemed worn. However, I never wore the shirts out, I just tried them on in my hotel room and realized that they didn't fit me well. Unfortunately, the representative didn't believe me and refused to exchange or return the shirts. I would have been happy with store credit as an alternative. I advise others to avoid this location and instead shop at the Chestnut Street or San Rafael locations.

Very high quality, comfy street and lounge wear - many inspired by Native American traditional designs and proceeds support native communities. And the prices are unbelievably reasonable. Check out their blankets too. The staff is very friendly and helpful too!

Have a trip this weekend and drove to the store yesterday to pick up some shorts.. Arrived at 5:30pm and they are supposed to close at 6pm. When we arrived there was a sign on the door "out to lunch, back in 1hr". We walked around and came back at 5:50pm and the sign was still there and the door was locked. No one around. Not exactly the best way to run a store/brand. I drove from Vallejo just to go shopping here. Total waste of my time.

Great customer service! Very customer-friendly return/exchange policies. Also, they always answer their phone if you have specific questions. When I’ve wanted something specific they’re happy to pull the item in whatever color/sizes I need!
